Job Overview

We are a Health Insurance Agency seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Broker Onboarding and Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assisting health insurance brokers with getting appointed with the health insurance carriers, ensuring compliance, and facilitating communication between the brokers and internal teams. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism

Duties

  • Help facilitate the broker onboarding in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure all contract terms are met and understood.
  • Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with brokers to address inquiries and provide updates on contract status.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to broker requests and concerns.
  • Conduct outbound calls as necessary to follow up on contract-related matters.
  • Assist in the development of contract templates and standard operating procedures.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to contract management.

Skills

  • Proficiency in English; multilingual skills are a plus for effective communication with diverse clients.
  • Strong office skills including proficiency in computer software applications relevant to contract management.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to enhance client interactions.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience in client services or sales is advantageous for understanding client needs and expectations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all contract documentation.
